Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return Policy

Footgel Pickleball is a small business, so we take time to ensure that each pickleball insole shipped out is of the best quality and ready for use. Customer service is vital to us. However, we understand that issues occur.

Each customer will have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to return an item. All items must be new/unused and be returned in the original packaging 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.


Our products come with a 30-day warranty from the original purchase date.

It does not cover damage through improper usage, normal play usage, regular wear and tear, negligence, abuse, or accidents.  It does not cover theft or loss of items. You must be the original purchaser to be eligible for the warranty.

Footgel Pickleball reserves the right to examine the existence of a defect for all products. Warranty claims will be accepted at the discretion of Footgel Pickleball.

Please allow 3-5 business days for warranties to process after receipt in order for us to verify issues.

Shipping Information

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship orders out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

We ship USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) or USPS Priority (1-3 business days) anywhere in the United States. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.


Missing Package?

If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

Footgel Pickleball is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Footgel Pickleball is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.

Footgel Pickleball is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
